Higashi Making Experience and Tea Ceremony (Making from Leaves!)

Three exciting activities all together in this one programme! One of a few places that you can make matcha from leaves using a stone mill.

You can make Japanese sweet with two different seasonal designs. Do not forget to take some photos and share them with your friends!

Enjoy your matcha with Japanese sweets made of “wasanbon” (a fine-grained Japanese sugar)

Using two types of wasanbon; Sanuki (from Kagawa Pref.) and Awa (from Tokushima Pref.) You can enjoy the difference in flavours.

Make Higashi using 100% of wasanbon (a fin-grained Japanese sugar). Choose your favourite wooden mold made by one of a very few craftsmen in Japan.
